The Founder

Tony Peccatiello is the founder of Parallel Ouro. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of Parallel Markets, an identity verification and compliance platform founded in 2017 and acquired by iCapital in 2025.

Prior to founding Parallel Markets, Tony was a venture capital investor and has made a number of early-stage angel investments in technology companies where he continues to serve as an active advisor.

A major shift is underway in what software businesses can achieve through advances in artificial intelligence. Parallel Ouro was created to help established software companies capitalize on this opportunity through technical modernization, operational discipline, and long-term stewardship.
